bOOT CAMP
Cardio & weights circuit, moderate to high intensity with coaching.
STRETCH CLASS
Gentle body stretches opening and lengthening various muscle groups, improving flexibility, decreasing risk of injury and incorporating deep breathing for deep relaxation. This class is run periodically throughout the year as a 4 week block.

STRENGTH TRAINING
All over body strength training with weights, combo cardio, legs, arms, core, dance and balance moves, suitable for beginners to intermediate fitness levels. Using hand weights for an all over body workout. Energetic & FUN!
PERSONAL TRAINING
Specialised Personal Training Sessions for that extra motivation to help you achieve your fitness goals. Pre and post surgery programs tailored for preparation and recovery also available.

Our classes run for 45 minutes and are suitable for all fitness levels, pace and moves are modified taking any injuries into account. If you have any concerns or questions please contact us to discuss. It is recommended that you consult your Doctor before starting any new exercise program.
